Join Sonya with Form N Flow for a special evening of Cacao & Sound
Please join me for a gentle, nourishing evening designed to open the heart, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.
We begin by slowly sipping pure ceremonial cacao. Rich, earthy, and prepared with intention.
As the cacao moves through you, it softens the body, warms the heart, and creates a natural sense of presence and connection.
This is a quiet, sacred moment to set an intention, feel your breath, and arrive fully in the space.
From there, we settle into a short Yoga Nida Meditation further relaxing the mind and body.
Then we will transition into a full hour of crystal singing sound bath. Pure tones from crystal bowls will wash over and through you in waves of vibration. There’s nothing you need to do, simply lie down, close your eyes if you wish, and allow the sound to move whatever is ready to be released or soothed. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, vivid inner imagery, a sense of expansion, or simply a profound feeling of peace and being held.
You may feel grounded yet light, open-hearted, gently energized, or deeply rested. There’s no right way to feel — just an invitation to receive whatever arises.
*Come as you are. Bring an open heart, comfortable layered clothing, yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, (optional journal and crystals for clearing). Leave the rest to the cacao and the sound.
